We add entries every weekend!
Observation: I compared an onion under a magnifying glass and under a microscope. I love science!
Snail: I drew a snail and labeled the parts that help it move and eat. At first, I thought the upper tentacles are like antennas but I now know that they are eyes and the lower tentacles are for feeling and smelling. I also learned that the slimy thing under a snail is actually their foot.
Swimming: I was afraid of the deep water but now I'm more confident and better at swimming even in the deep water. But I'm still careful and I always make sure there's an adult watching over me.
Healthy Banana Pops: I made this recipe using Canva. We also got to make it for real!
My Family: I like drawing my family.
Monster: We were asked to make our own monster. I made this and named it "Jaw Cracker".
Lego Ballerina: I made a spinning Lego ballerina. I dressed the Lego minifigure with a paper tutu skirt.
The Boat: This was one of my assignments, I was given some drawings to use for a story about a boat. My mom thought this was kind of funny but scary had it happened in real life. The lessons of this story are:1. we have to be mindful of what we are doing so we don't get into accidents
2. it's good to know how to swim
3. it's important to persevere to reach our goalsPlease click the picture of the eBook to read it. I hope you'll like it.
The Whale: This was one of my assignments, I wrote about the whale.
Life as a Bird I wrote and illustrated a book about living life as a bird inspired by what I learned in science. I drew this on paper then my Nanay scanned it so I could turn it into an eBook. Please click the picture of the eBook to read it. I hope you'll like it.
Rain and Shine Summaries I was asked to read a 3-part story titled Rain and Shine and I summarized them. I had fun reading them. Please click the picture of the eBook to read it. I hope you'll like it.
